# How to bridge

Simply select the origin chain *(Arbitrum or BNB Chain)* and the token you want to bridge *(USDC or USDEX+)* and match it with the destination chain *(Manta)* and the token you would like to receive on the other side. \

Approve and execute the transaction. \
\
NOTE: Bridging transactions typically go through in under a few mins. If the transaction has not executed with in 1 hour it will be sent back to the same address.
